To celebrate another very successful year, Buckley Runners will be holding a presentation evening on Friday 19th June. This will take place at the Plas Hafod Hotel, Gwernymynydd from 19:00 with a hot buffet from 20:00. All members are cordially invited to attend and this invitation is extended to your partners too. It will be a chance to get together, to celebrate the success of the club and present the individual awards.
The cost of the evening will be less than £20 per person. We will require a deposit of £10 per person to confirm your booking. Deposits should be handed to Simon Edwards, Rob Mackey or Jane Lindley whenever you can but as soon as possible, please. It should be cash in a sealed envelope with the names of whom the deposit covers, plus telephone, address and email address (if available). If you are not able to see any of us in person please use the contact form or message on FaceBook and we can make some arrangements for you.
The presentation evening is just the first of a range of events Buckley Runners intends to organize on your behalf. The aim is to offer the opportunity for members to get together socially to emphasize our belief in running as a vehicle to bring different people together in enjoyable surroundings.
