As you are all hopefully aware on Sunday 17th April Buckley Runners is hosting the penultimate border league race. The race is being held at Mold leisure centre with the start and finish being on the industrial estate behind the leisure centre and will use the course that we have used for border league races in the past. The course has been officially measured by Welsh athletics and is a measured 5 miles.
In order for us to deliver a professional and ultimately safe race we will need the help and support of the club members to provide marshals and helpers on the day. We will need on course marshals, timekeepers, finish marshals and well as a lead bike and sweeper.
We would prefer that the marshals and helpers are not people who would want to run but we need the help if the race is to be held.
If you would like to volunteer your time on the day or can cajole persuade or blackmail family and friends we would be very grateful!
