- Intervals Group 1: Green Lane 6 x 1km (Run Leader: Eric Campbell, Chris Callaghan)
- Intervals Group 2: Bollards, 6 x 1km (Run Leader: Les Coathup)
- Middle Group: 5 or 6 mile run, Sychdyn (Run Leader: Dave Wootton)
- Improvers Group: Heritage Trail 4.5m (Run Leader: Rob Mackey) and Dobshill 5.5 m (Run Leader: Jason Dwan)
Thursday 20th

- Efforts: 5m Tempo or Wepre 9m +Efforts (Run Leader: Eric Campbell, Chris Callaghan)
- Improvers: Sychdyn 4.5m or 5.5m (Run Leaders: Rob Mackey & Jason Dwan)
Saturday 22nd
- 5k Handicap Session: 10:45am for an 11am Start at the Bollards (Please check Facebook for updates)
- Wepre parkrun: 9am at Wepre Park
- Fell Race: Gyrn Gallop, 1pm at Rhiwlas
Sunday 23rd
- Trail Race: Snowdonia Trail Marathon, Half & 10k, 9am Llanberis
- Improvers: Long Run: 6am, meet at Ewloe Car Auctions, Distance vary between 10 to 13 miles (Contact Jason Dwan)
