- Improvers: Chambers Lane, 5 miles at 9 to 11 minute mile pace (Run Leader: Jason Dwan)
- Improvers: Buckley Tyres Route, 2 or 3 laps (Run Leader: Rob Mackey)
Thursday 5th

Saturday 7th
- Wepre parkrun: 9am at Wepre Park
- Cross Country Race: NWXC Race #1, 2pm ladies & seniors, 2:45pm men at Ysgol Morgan Clywd, Wrexham LL13 9NG
- Fell Race: North Wales Fell Series #9 – Trefriw Mill, 10.5 miles, 11am at Trefriw Village Hall, LL27 0JH
Sunday 8th
- Road Race: Chester Marathon\Metric, 11am at Chester Racecourse
