- Wepre parkrun: 9 am at Wepre Park
- 5k Handicap Session: 10:45am for an 11am Start at the Bollards
Sunday 3rd
- XC Training: Northop Cross Country Route, 2 x Laps (5.2m total), meet at Northop College at 9:45am
- Castles Training: Kinnerton Route 9m or 10m, 8:45am for a 9:00am start, meet Tinkersdale Car Park (Run Leader: Eddie Davies)
- Improvers: Long Run: 6:15am, meet at Ewloe Car Auctions, Distance vary between 8 to 11 miles (Contact Jason Dwan)
