Last night saw our couch 2-5k group take on their second run of week 2.
We’ve had 4 sessions of the programme so far, and for the 4th consecutive session, we again had 30+ runners at the Common; considering the weather conditions, it’s been such a great turnout.
It was great to see you all there last night, and the club chairman (Charles) enjoyed being able to speak more in depth with a few of you (in between Rob’s very loud whistle!)
We all look forward to you all coming down to future sessions and seeing you all progress on your individual journeys.
