Wednesday 22nd of April saw the 7th and final Borders League race at Wrexham Industrial Estate, hosted by Wrexham. We had another excellent turnout from Buckley, with 27 runners in total rushing from work for the evening start, to run the 4m course.
It was all to play for in the Vets category, with Buckley in the lead going in to the final race, but with Wallasey a very close second. Fortunately there was a strong turnout from Buckley and we ended up increasing the points gap to bring home the Trophy.
