Training Night @ Buckley Sports Centre
- Intervals Group 1: Tip Road at approx, 6 x 1000m (Run Leader: Chris Callaghan) – *** Possible 6 x Buckley Common Laps, Weather dependent) ***
- Intervals Group 2: Pinfold Lane, 10 x 600m (Run Leader: Karl Williams or Dave Wootton) – *** Possible 6 x Buckley Common Laps, Weather dependent) ***
- Intervals Group 3: Mold Road Bollards, 6 x 1000m (Run Leader: Les Coathup or Jane Lindley)
- Muster\Tempo Run: Dobshill Road only, approx 5.4 miles, with option for 4 miles (Run Leaders: Jason Dwan and Rob Mackey)
Wednesday 5th
- Evening Trail Run: “The Druid” 4.4m run up Foel Fenlli (1000+ ft climb), Lead by Karl Williams, meet at the Druid Inn, Llanferres at 7:20pm for 7:30 start.
Thursday 6th
- Muster Run: Sychdyn (long) approx 5.8 miles or Sychdyn (short) approx 4.75 miles (Run Leaders: Jason Dwan and Rob Mackey)
- Efforts: Sychdyn Loop, target 2 x 10 min efforts
Saturday 8th
- 5k Handicap Session @ Meet 10:45 for an 11am Start at Corus Sports and Social Club. (This session is open to all, staggered start based on ability so all finish together)
- Fell Race: Ras y Moelwyn @ 2pm, starts at Ffestiniog Rugby Club
- Wepre parkrun @ 9:00am, Wepre Park
Sunday 9th
- Road Race: Borders League Race #6 @ 11am, hosted by Wirral AC at new Brighton, 5.2m route, details here
- Long Run with Jason @ 6am, meet at Ewloe Car Auctions. Distance vary between 10 to 13 miles – Contact Jason
