- Trail Run: Gwysaney Hall Loop, Leady by Tim Hargreaves, Meet Glasfryn Pub, mold at 7:20pm for 7:30 start.
Thursday 13th

- Muster Run: Sychdyn (long), approx 5.8 miles or Sychdyn (short), approx 4.75 miles (Run Leader: TBC)

- Fell Race: North Wales Fell Series #4 – Fron 4, 1pm, Fron School, near Caernarfon, 7.1miles2350ft ascent – see here
- Wepre parkrun: 9am, Wepre Park
