- Intervals Group 1: Green Lane 6 x 1km (Run Leader: Eric Campbell)
- Intervals Group 2: Bollards, 6 x 1km (Run Leader: Les Coathup)
- Improvers: Sychdyn (long) approx 5.8 miles or Sychdyn (short) approx 4.75 miles (Run Leader: Rob Mackey)
- 1 Mile Challenge: 7pm, Meet at Deeside Track, Coleg Cambria (Dave Wootton) – This is open to everyone!
Wednesday 28th
- Fell Race: Robbie Websters Wobbler – 7:30pm start at Forest Hills Hotel, Frodsham ***This is a Club Champs Qualifying Race***
Thursday 29th
- Training Night: Meet @ Buckley Sports Centre 7pm for 7:15pm start
- Efforts: Sychdyn Loop or Pyramid Session – *May change dependent on attendees*
- Improvers: Heritage Trail (mixed terrain), 4 miles (Run Leader: Rob Mackey)
Saturday 1st
- 5k Handicap Session: 10:45am for an 11am Start at the Bollards (Please check Facebook for updates)
- Wepre parkrun: 9am at Wepre Park
- Fell Race: Moel Siabod – 2pm start Moel Siabod Cafe, Capel Curig
Sunday 2nd
- Trail Race: Fairy Freckled Cow – 11:30am start at the Dam, Alwen Reservoir ***This is a Club Champs Qualifying Race***
