Tuesday 3rd 

  • Training Night: Meet @ Buckley Sports Centre 7pm for 7:15pm start *** Hi-Vis required ***
    • Intervals Group 1: Green Lane, 6 x 1km (Run Leader: Eric Campbell & Chris Callaghan)
    • Intervals Group 2: Bollards, 6 x 1km (Run Leader: Les Coathup)
    • Improvers: Chambers Lane, 5 miles at 9 to 11 minute mile pace (Run Leader: Jason Dwan)
    • Improvers: Buckley Tyres Route, 2 or 3 laps (Run Leader: Rob Mackey)

Thursday 5th

  • Training Night: Meet @ Buckley Sports Centre 7pm for 7:15pm start *** Hi-Vis required ***
    • Easy Run: TBC 5 to 6 miles (Run Leaders: Eric Campbell, Chris Callaghan & Les Coathup)
    • Improvers: Speed Building Session (Run Leader: Nicole)
    • Improvers: Wood Lane\Liverpool Road, 5 miles (Run Leader: Jason Dwan)
