Tuesday 10th
- Training Night: Meet @ Buckley Sports Centre 7pm for 7:15pm start *** Hi-Vis required ***
- Intervals Group 1: Tip Road, 6 x 1km (Run Leader: Chris Callaghan)
- Intervals Group 2: Bollards, 6 x 1km (Run Leader: Les Coathup)
- Improvers: Wood Lane\Liverpool Road, 5 miles (Run Leader: Jason Dwan)
Wednesday 11th
- Headtorch Trail Run: 4 to 5 miles, 7:30pm start, meet at Maeshafn
Note: This is the 1st run in the return of the weekly wednesday night Trail runs, for those who have never done one before:
- Runs range between 4 to 6 miles and start at 7:30pm
- They will take place in varying locations throughout the area
- Headtorch & High Vis essential as often in areas with no ambient light
- Generally all offroad so necessary footwear required
- Need to be able to run around 9 minute miles
- Nobody gets left behind, regular stops for all to regroup
- Often finish with a post run drink
Thursday 12th

- Improvers: Speed Building Session (Run Leader: Nicole)
- Improvers: TBC, alternative to speed session (Run Leader: Jason Dwan)
Saturday 14th
- Wepre parkrun: 9am at Wepre Park
- 5k Handicap Session: 10:45am for an 11am Start at the Bollards
Sunday 15th
- Road Race: Farndon 10k, 10am at Farndon Sports & Social Club Crewe Lane Farndon Chester CH3 6PG
- XC Training: 5.2m (2 Laps of College fields), 9:45am at Northop College
- Fell Race: British Fell Relays, 9am at Llanberis
