- Training Night: Meet @ Buckley Sports Centre 7pm for 7:15pm start *** Hi-Vis required ***
- Intervals Group 1: Tip Road, 6 x 1km (Run Leader: Chris Callaghan)
- Intervals Group 2: Bollards, 6 x 1km (Run Leader: Les Coathup)
- Improvers: Wood Lane\Liverpool Road, 5 miles (Run Leader: Jason Dwan)
Wednesday 18th
- Headtorch Trail Run: 5 miles, 7:30pm start, meet at Northop Village Car Park, followed by drink in the Boot
Thursday 19th
- Training Night: Meet @ Buckley Sports Centre 7pm for 7:15pm start *** Hi-Vis required ***
- Recovery Run: Easy 5-6 mile for those doing XC on Sat (Run Leaders: Eric Campbelll)
- Tempo Run: 5-6 mile tempo for those that aren’t doing XC (Run Leaders: Chris Callaghan)
- Improvers: Speed Building Session (Run Leader: Nicole)
- Improvers: TBC, alternative to speed session (Run Leader: Jason Dwan)
Saturday 21st
- Wepre parkrun: 9am at Wepre Park
- Cross Country Race: NWXC Race #2, 2pm ladies & seniors, 2:45pm men at St David’s College, Llandudno, LL30 1RD
Sunday 22nd
- Road Race: Flintshire 10k & 5k, 9:45am – 5k, 10:30am – 10k at Mold Leisure Centre
- Fell Race: Clwydian Hills, 9 miles\ 3000 ft ascent, 11am at Cilcain Village Hall
- Easy Run: 6-9 Mile Meet at Tinkersdale Car Park Hawarden 9:45am
