- Headtorch Trail Run: 5 to 6 miles run (1 hour), 7:30pm start, Meet at We Three Loggerheads (Run Leader: Simon Edwards) – Followed by post run drinks

- Road Training: Mold Borders League route, 5m, meet at Mold Leisure Centre at 10:45am
- Wepre parkrun: 9am at Wepre Park
- Fell Race: Penmaenmawr Fell Race, 10m & 2000′ ascent, 10:30am at Capelulo Village Hall, Dwygyfylchi
- British and Irish Masters International XC: Jez Brown, Steve Toogood, Gary Blackwell, Ceri Cook and Margaret Ludden all representing Wales in Derry, Ireland
Sunday 19th
- XC Training: Northop Cross Country Route, 2 x Laps (5.2m total), meet at Northop College at 9:45am
- Road Race: Conwy Half Marathon, 10am at Conwy
