- Improvers: Golf Course Run, 5.5 miles, varying paces to suit (Run Leader: Jason Dwan)
- 1k to 5k and beyond group: 30 minutes non stop walk/jog/run plus 1 lap
- Fell Race: Joe Brown Midweek Series – 3 Hills, 7:15pm start, meet at Dog Kennels, Penmaenmawr
Wednesday 6th
- Fell Race: Up the Beast, 7:15pm start at Maeshafn – ***This is a Club Chaps Qualifying Race***
- Road Race: Birkenhead Park 5m, 7:30pm start at Birkenhead Park Visitor Centre in the Lower Park
Thursday 7th

- Trail Race: Deestriders Offroad Grand Prix (race #1 of 4), 7:30pm start at Tata Sports & Social Club, Rowleys Drive, Shotton
Saturday 9th
- Welsh Castles – Day 1, Caernarfon to Newtown
- Wepre parkrun: 9 am at Wepre Park
- 5k Handicap Session: 10:45am for an 11am Start at the Bollards
- Fell Race: North Wales Fell Series #5 – Tal Y Mignedd, 2pm start in Tal y Mignedd Campsite, Nantlle Valley
Sunday 10th
- Welsh Castles – Day 2, Newtown to Cardiff
- XC Training: Northop Cross Country Route, 2 x Laps (5.2m total), meet at Northop College at 9:45am
- Improvers: Long Run: 6:15am, meet at Ewloe Car Auctions, Distance vary between 8 to 11 miles (Contact Jason Dwan)
