Saturday 23rd
- Wepre parkrun: 9 am at Wepre Park
- 5k Handicap Session: 10:45am for an 11am Start at the Bollards
- Road Races: Runfest Wales 5k, 10k and Half Marathon, 10am Start
- Fell Race: Moel Hebog, Beddgelert. 1pm Start
Sunday 24th
- XC Training: Buckley Common. Options either 5.3k or 5.4 Mile. Meet at 9:45am on the corner of The Common (opposite sports centre entrance)
- Improvers: Long Run: 6:15am, meet at Ewloe Car Auctions, Distance vary between 8 to 11 miles (Contact Jason Dwan)
- Tinkersdale 9 mile. Meet Tinkersdale Car Park, Hawarden. 8.45am for 9am Start (Run Leader: Eddie Davies)
- Trail Race: National Trust 10k, Chirk Castle, Nr. Wrexham 8.30am Start
- Fell Race: Moel-Y-Gamelin 10 Miles, Ponderosa Cafe, Horseshoe Pass. 11am Start
