If you’ve ever thought about lacing up those trainers and hitting the pavement, now’s the perfect time to start your running journey. Whether you’re a complete beginner or returning after a break, come and join us to get you off the couch and gradually (back) into running. Let us help you make running become an uplifting part of your routine, benefiting both your mental and physical well-being.
Last year, we had more than 25 runners complete their C25K journey, graduating at Wepre parkrun at the end of the 9-week programme. Many of them have continued running with us and have gone onto setting themselves and achieving further personal run challenges. This could be you this year!!
